Each Spotminders tracker connects to the Find My app on your iPhone. Once paired, you can see your item's live location, play a sound to find it nearby, or enable Lost Mode. If your item ever goes missing, nearby Apple devices automatically and securely relay its location back to you.

What is the difference between the Tracking Card and the Tracking Card PRO?

Both deliver precise tracking but differ in design. The Tracking Card features the original minimal design, while the Tracking Card PRO looks exactly like a credit card. Both are only 1.8mm thin, making them nearly invisible in your wallet.

What is the difference between the Spotminders Tracking Card and Apple AirTag?

Both connect to Apple's Find My network, but they are designed for different purposes. The AirTag is round and best suited for keys or bags. Wireless Charger Information

What devices does it charge?

It charges any Qi-compatible device including our Tracking Cards, Passport Cover, Glasses Case, and most modern smartphones. It is also MagSafe compatible.

What's in the box?

The charger comes with a built-in 100mm USB-C cable. You will need your own USB power adapter to plug it into a wall outlet. These are widely available at any electronics store or you likely already have one from your phone charger.

How do I charge my Tracking Card with it?

Place the left side of the card face-down on the charging surface. A red LED on the card means it's charging. Green or blue means fully charged. Placement matters, so shift the card slightly if no light appears to find the sweet spot.

How do I charge my Passport Cover with it?

Place the back side of the passport cover face-down on the charging surface. An orange LED inside the cover means it's charging. Green means fully charged.

What chargers are NOT compatible with our products?

Apple Watch chargers and Lightning cables will not work. Always use a standard Qi wireless charging pad.

What are the charging speeds?

The charger supports 5W to 15W fast charging depending on your device.
