Finally received my Tracking cards. I purchased two receiving one free so the extra card will be very handy. I’ve only loaded one at the moment as not traveling until August, but wanted to make sure I knew how to load it and that it worked. The “Finishing sent up” took a while, I had to Google to make sure I had done it correctly but otherwise all went well. Looking forward to adding my two other cards knowing that should they go missing I will be able to track their location and hopefully they will be retrieved quickly. Thank you Spotminders!😀

The second card was so easy to set up after I had a small issue with the “Finishing Setup “ A quick email and it wasn’t long before Bunny replied and suggested I close WiFi and turn on Cellular. Once I had done that the installation happened immediately and I was connected. Now I can confidently go ahead and connect the two remaining cards. I just received my Spotminders Tracking Cars (5) on 6/15/26, with an 6/17, early morning flight from MSP to Newark (EWR) with my 19 year old grandson. The product works very well, except one wasn’t charged to set it initially of the five devices. I charged it with the wireless charger and then programmed it… so just a few days ago… so I will check to verify it’s holding a charge. In addition, I sent an email about not getting the mystery gift, as only the five devices and the charger was received within the package. I included a photo of the package and devices with the email sent, and I’m still awaiting a reply to my email sent to your attention.
