How long does the battery last?
Both cards run up to 8 months on a single charge. A full charge takes about 1 to 2 hours on the included wireless pad, and a colour-changing LED shows you when it’s done. You can also check the exact battery level any time in the Find My app.
Why do I need the charger if the battery lasts that long?
Because these cards are rechargeable rather than disposable. Most card trackers die after a year or two and get thrown away. These are built to last over 5 years, so the pad is what makes that possible.
What’s the difference between the Card and the PRO?
They track exactly the same way, with the same Apple Find My connection and the same 8-month battery. Either one can go in a wallet, a bag, a suitcase or anything else. The only difference is the design. The PRO is printed to look like a real credit card, so among the cards in your wallet it is unrecognisable as a tracker. The standard Card carries the regular Spotminders design.
Can I use both on one iPhone?
Yes. You can register up to 32 items on a single Apple ID and share access with up to 5 people, so two cards is no problem at all.
